SEEDING VS. OVERSEEDING
You may be asking what's the difference –– because believe us, there is one.
Seeding a lawn is more for the people who have a lawn that is not in the best condition and needs to be restarted or if you are changing the type of grass in your yard. See this more as a renovation project.
On the other hand, overseeding is for those who have an existing yard that they are trying to preserve, and overseeding helps improve the density and overall color of the yard.
Our Seeding Process:
We first start out with inspecting your lawn to see what would fit it best. Then we mow it to the perfect height, so that we can apply the high quality seed-blend. Afterwords, we check to make sure the seed has made good contact with the soil and we give our customers watering instructions to follow.
Why Professional Seeding Matters:
Not all seed is made with the same quality as other seed brands. We use seed blends that have strong germination results, climate adaptability, disease resistance, and long-term performance.
Timing is another important factor as well, the best time to put seed down is during fall when the consistant moisture creates a perfect climate for the germination.
